Our non profit client based in Cozumel & Vallarta is looking for a Controller on a temporary to full-time basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Chief Accounting Officer.  Responsibilities: · Supervise Accounting Manager, AP & AR Clerks · Help Coordinate annual audits · Monthly reconciliation of AP, AR & Bank Statements · Conduct Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting Job Requirements Requirements: · 5+ years in the non profit industry · 2+ years as a controller/asst controller at a non profit organization · Supervisory experience · Background in real estate finance and operations · CPA preferred
