Job Purpose
To initiate and to manage business process development and change management projects for specific business areas across the company and to deliver recommendations for improved productivity, service level effectiveness, reduce costs and improve revenues. To facilitate and trigger strategic and tactical process changes in the business. Be a provider of professional consultancy in creating strategic process maps across the business.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:
Lead business units in identifying gaps and opportunities in and between organizations in order to initiate process development and change management projects.
Carry out process analysis in internal and external organizational and process touch points to ensure efficiencies of the area under review, by eliminating bottlenecks in communication and suggest possible areas of future process improvements and build a business case based on the above findings and recommendations.
Identify and lead quick fixes during any stage of the process development using proper methodology.
Analyze and recommend the competence and manpower requirements for the processes described in collaboration with the business and HR Business Partners. Identify possible IT-enhancements resulting from the workshops and kick-off coordination between process owners and IT.
Act as a change manager in the allocated business area understanding the importance of change management in multicultural environment by building trust and showing emotional intelligence towards different cultural, language and occupational backgrounds.
Manage conflicts and disagreement arising out of the issues or concerns connected to the process facilitation by remaining neutral and leading the group into joint decision making mode.
Maintain good working relationships with business, stakeholders related to the business and the team and provide them with all necessary consulting and advisory assistance.
Ensure knowledge transfer by coaching and mentoring business areas and team members to adopt appropriate process development tools and techniques for facilitated or independent use.
Initiate process development workshops based on business needs and map the process with the people in the business by demonstrating situational awareness, cultivating creativity and ensuring commitment to best practices.
Requirements
MBA or equivalent with specialization in business process/change management with wide understanding of people behavior, IT, and communication.
In addition to above; you are required to have the following:
Post holder must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of change management and process development.
Good facilitation skills
Excellent analyzing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good project management skills
Operating Environment:
This position will operate at management levels of multiple projects simultaneously, in a highly pressurized environment with tight deadlines, in an environment where change is frequently resisted.
