Globaljobscareer, Among other responsibilities, the advisor will be in charge of insuring follow-up and coordinating achievements of the initiatives with the partners. The advisor will work under the supervision of the Regional Representative. The advisor will also be responsible for the following:  Support the development of innovative and adapted MEL system for different kind of projects, including the development of comprehensive and simple tools;  Support the OQC team in using these tools and facilitate their integration in project management cycle;  Reinforce partners capacities in project management especially in using MEL tools to improve their impact assessment and learning;  Develop with the partners gender sensitive indicators and provide support on how to measure the impact on gender equality of partners and OQC intervention;  Provide training and coaching session to partners and OQC when needed;  Support OQC team for MEL of projects with partners;  Ensure a follow-up on activities providing clear guidance on how better implement effectively the new knowledge and skills acquired;  Support partners through the project management cycle including the design and management of a project or programme evaluation and the development of indicators for a broad programme;  Support partners and Oxfam team to develop indicators with means of verification, including proxy indicators where necessary;  Harmonized MEL tools in Oxfam;  Support partners and OQC team in the evaluation of the expected results. This can include help design a logframe with indicators that really reflect the outcomes/outputs;  Support partners and OQC to better documented their good practices and lessons learned and capitalization of learning, linking with the communication advisor for dissemination;  Participate in sustainability of the OQC results by making recommendations at planning and reporting stage;  Supporting partners in developing knowledge-based learning.  Accomplish any other related tasks that might be necessary for the completion of the mandate required by the Regional Representative.
