Working in the International Division's Programme Performance and Accountability team, this role has significant responsibility for supporting strengthened monitoring, evaluation and learning of Oxfam advocacy efforts. You would work with an established team of evaluation professionals to ensure Oxfam is able to capture and communicate programme effectiveness; develop organisational systems and culture that support results and accountability; build skills and capacity; generate and disseminate programme knowledge; and work with external peers to ensure that Oxfam GB’s practice informs, and is informed by, developments within the sector and outside.
The priorities for this role over the coming year are to support the implementation and refinement of Oxfam GB’s pioneering new Global Performance Framework (particularly interventions aimed at influencing policy and building citizen voice); accompany monitoring and evaluation of the Oxfam International Essential Services Campaign and providing technical MEL support to national, regional, and international advocacy programmes (concentrating on the focus countries for the Economic Justice and Essential Services campaigns).
