Systems Engineer/Site Lead

Group TSG Clearance Level Needed Secret Category Category Programs & Operations Job Duties and Responsibilities Program Integrator Provides direct oversight to all requirements for the project. Supports the PM by providing updates from the team and focusing on current operations. Responsible for day to day operations of the group, providing direction from the PM/DPM to the team. Responsible for developing/completing Project Task Forms (PTF's), schedules, funding, manning, and other administrative activities for the task order. Will serve as team lead in the absence of the DPM/PM. Provides project monitoring, project control, and financial reports as directed by the PM/DPM and other staff. Responsible for conducting iterative project reviews at the direction of the project lead. Skills Required: Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical skills. Strong project management and technical skills. Ability to quickly learn processes, procedures, and technologies, and become a contributing member of the team. Ability to consistently follow processes and procedures. Ability to effectively work and maintain productivity in an environment where accuracy, time and customer satisfaction is critical. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience Strongly Desired:  Specific KSE's include but are not limited to: Frequent travel is required to CONUS military installations. Knowledge of DoD Tactical Biometric Systems, technology, and operations is required.
