Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• University degree in political/social sciences, journalism, communications or related field;
• A minimum of four years of professional experience in the media/public relations field;
• Knowledge of CTHB and human rights/humanitarian issues;
• Experience in journalistic writing, publishing and website maintenance; experience in editing media products (including video), preferably in an international, multi-cultural environment;
• Professional fluency in English with excellent drafting and public relation skills; knowledge of other OSCE working languages, especially German and Russian, would be an asset;
• Knowledge of the OSCE and its organizational documentation and terminology would be desirable;
• Experience with diplomatic procedures would be an asset;
• Knowledge of and practical experience in Windows applications and standard editing software;
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
