We are exploring a possible tender opportunity for a donor funded Program expected to strengthen the health system in Indonesia and are encouraging highly qualified professionals to register their interest for the role of Program Manager.
The Program Manager will be managing the procurement and/or the recruitment of technical assistance and capacity building to support Program implementation. Part of the key tasks are to support the establishment of a Health Policy Network and to operationalise and administer a Civil Society Challenge Fund. The Program Manager will also develop annual Implementing Service Provider (ISP) work plans responsive to Program requirements and report on ISP activity performance and progress.
To be considered for this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate significant health sector experience preferably in the fields of health finance, health human resource, health planning, and health information systems. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work effectively with Government counterparts to fully understand their needs. Experience in grants management and engagement with civil society, universities and research institutes as well as knowledge of Indonesia's operating environment will be viewed favourably.

Coffey International Development are currently tendering for the AusAID funded Education Partnership Outreach Services (EPOS). EPOS aims to raise the profile of Australia and its contribution to Indonesia’s education sector, forming part of Australia’s $500 million investment in the Education Partnership with Indonesia.
In tendering for this program, we are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Public Affairs Specialist.
• The Position
As Public Affairs Specialist, you will work in close consultation with the Operations Manager and AusAID in assisting in the preparation of an Education Partnership Public Diplomacy Strategy and Implementation Plan. You will provide technical input and management of the design, delivery and monitoring of EPOS activities and will seek opportunities for continuous improvement in effective implementation of the program. Developing and upholding strong networks with relevant stakeholders, you will ensure a high profile is maintained of Australia and its contribution to Indonesia’s education sector.
You will take responsibility for coordinating public and media relations activities including the preparation and dissemination of media releases, articles, web-based material and photographs of EPOS actitivies. You will also take responsibility for the gathering of information and development of articles for media use.
In this role, you will support the management of a team of technical specialists and program operations staff in program work planning and performance reporting.
• The Person
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate significant international experience in designing and delivering large media and communications activities for high visibility public diplomacy programs in developing country environments. You will have experience utilising a range of communication mediums such as the internet, radio, audiovisual, print media and photography, and will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in an environment of strict deadlines. You will be experienced in both large and small scale event management in Indonesia, skilled at managing teams and have high level communication and negotiation skills.
You will be degree qualified in a communications, media or public diplomacy related discipline and will have preferably pursued post-graduate qualifications. You will be fluent in written and spoken English and possess highly proficient Bahasa Indonesia skills.
The ideal candidate will have high level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, a good understanding of cultural, gender, disability and anticorruption issues in the area as well as a sound understanding of Indonesia in a development context.
Candidates with experience working the Indonesian education sector, Government of Indonesia and international government agencies in Indonesia will be highly regarded.

DSSI is an initiative to provide cost effective support services to specific standards for Deployees and their families, to enable the Deployees to work effectively and reside safely Indonesia.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for Deployee support service levels and for ensuring the services are provided in an equitable and fair manner. You will also be responsible for providing information, support and advice to the DSSI Contract Manager, maintaining service level standards and required reporting.
Your key accountabilities may include overall responsibility for service levels and delivery, including providing specific information, data, anticipated completion times and reporting. Leading the team, you will ensure that the office and staff are well resourced, operating effectively and providing the level of response and accountability required by this contract. You will oversee DSSI asset management, financial management, local contracting as well as any subcontracting arrangements for all deployee support services. You will also initiate and quality review all DSSI reports and the required operating manuals.

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to work for an International Contractor currently working on a Mining Process Plant and Dam project in Sumatra, Indonesia.

This position is based on a rotation of 33 days worked / 16 Days off with flights home each time for candidates residing outside of the South East Asian Region. Accommodation on project camp basis inclusive of laundry and food is provided. Salary shall be between USD 140,000.00 to USD 160,000.00 per annum with Indonesian taxes paid by employer.
